"Grant Barlow's service was outstanding. He was confident and made us feel confident as well. The result was excellent. Having someone with experience makes a difference in both how you feel about the construction and repairs. We will call on Grant again when the need arises."

"I’m so pleased with the way everything turned out! The decking looks wonderful, and Grant did a really super job. Be assured I will be talking up Grant to anyone I hear about in need of a (waterproofing) contractor. There is something to be said about integrity in business. Grant Barlow certainly personifies that."

My WaterProof Deck.com
CLEVELAND, OHIO - You no longer have to fear water leaking from, or through, your elevated deck. We can - we will - and we do stop it from getting into your home, office complex, apartment building, condominium project or any other elevated outdoor deck, balcony or porch you own. And, we don’t just expect you to believe us. We expect you to challenge us!
When we install luxury vinyl deck skins on your elevated outdoor deck, balcony or patio, it’s as if we sealed your deck in a cube of plastic. Sort of like those paperweights with $100 bills sealed in the center. Come to think of it, that’s a perfect visual comparison. Because when we’re through with your deck it’ll have the same protection from the elements that the $100 bills do inside the paperweight!
I recently stood on the deck of a two year old condominium development surrounded by no less than ten angry, upset condo owners. The reason they were so distraught was every deck in the development was leaking into their homes. All of them!
The condo owners had begun suing the developer because, among other terrible consequences of the leaky decks, many of the condos now had black mold growing in their walls, ceilings and garages. One of the condo owners had a seven week old son living in this situation! And, this condo owner is a physician.
Sadly, the developer was being attacked viciously. Five minutes with the developer and you knew he was a good guy. He hadn’t cut corners. The development is gorgeous. The developer had spent a fortune on a sub-par waterproofing coating and a fly-by-night installer (by the way, these waterproof coatings are only good in certain situations). As I said, the developer didn’t do anything wrong. But there we were, condo owners not able to sell their homes to anyone for any amount of money, (because they’d have to disclose the presence of black mold!). Newborn babies living there. There is no other way to describe this other than . . .
So, surrounded by this condo mob, my partner, R. “Grant” Barlow told each and every condo owner the following . . .
