Vinyl waterproof deck skins, such as Duradek brand deck coverings come in three different surface finishes. They are: Smooth which are perfect for laundry rooms, gyms, and washrooms. They take very little effort to keep clean because there's no where to trap any dirt. Smooth surface versions have been installed in heavy duty gym settings because they wear like steel!
Our deck skins also come in a medium texture which, depending on where you install them, require detergent and a soap brush or scrub brush on a stick to maintain - but, you get a LOT of anti-slip properties. These are ideal for decks, rooftop decks, even handicap wheel chair ramps!
Finally, for super duty environments like garage floors (yes, we've installed deck skins in garage environments like residential and commercial mechanic shops).
