When we install DuraDek™ waterproof deck materials on your elevated

I recently stood on the deck of a two year old condominium
development surrounded by no less than ten angry, upset condo owners.
The reason they were so distraught was every deck in the development
was leaking into their homes. All of them!
The condo owners had begun suing the developer because, among other
terrible consequences of the leaky decks, many of the condos now had
black mold growing in their walls, ceilings and garages. One of the
condo owners had a seven week old son living in this situation! And,
this condo owner is a physician.
Sadly, the developer was being attacked viciously. Five minutes

corners. The development is gorgeous. The developer had spent a
fortune on a sub-par waterproofing coating and a fly-by-night installer (by

situations). As I said, the developer didn’t do anything wrong. But
there we were, condo owners not able to sell their homes to anyone for
any amount of money, (because they’d have to disclose the presence of
black mold!). Newborn babies living there. There is no other way to
describe this other than . . .
